All orders are shipped Royal Mail 2nd class
signed-for within the UK, and Royal Mail tracked and signed internationally. I ship worldwide, and shipping is calculated at checkout – if you don't see your country offered once you input your address, please get in contact. You will be provided with a
shipping number to check the progress of your garment. Buyers are responsible for any customs taxes that may occur.
Unfortunately due to a handful of packages going missing or being returned this year, I cannot ship to Ireland at this time.
Local collection is welcome! Please get in touch if you'd like to come to the studio to pick up your garment and I’ll refund your postage costs.
Please be aware that shipping times can be variable.
If you decide your garment isn't for you, please
post it back it unworn and unwashed within 14 days for a full refund. You are responsible for return postage. Any damaged or visibly worn merchandise will not be eligible for return. Please include your name and address in your package so I know who you are! Email me for the returns address at deva@phaedraclothing.co.uk
Sale items and custom garments are non-returnable.
